We weren't expecting much since we simply wanted to book a room and not have to drive home the same evening. What we experienced was a good value for the money. The rooms are somewhat dated and give a college dorm feel. It was clean and had an iron and hair dryer in the room. The bathroom had some water stains in the tiles but was clean. Overall it was not bad considering the price vs what other nearby hotels charged. There was a complimentary breakfast that was better than most continental but it was jam packed and they had a hard time maintaining items. Juices were watered down. Not much of a selection for anyone on a diet. The only negative part of the whole thing was the parking. It's totally inadequate for the number of rooms. We were out fairly late and when we got back to the hotel there were few parking places to be had, and absolutely none within fair distance of the building we were in. Never the less, the overall experience is one of better than average for a bargain price.

Well managed. Clean. Polite staff. Air Conditioning worked well in 98 degree heat. Hot water in the tap immediately. Good continental breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Saved $* per person in Colonial Williamsburg by staying at this motel. Did not have time to use pool. Only a few blocks from the Colonial Williamsburg historic area.

The hotel was clean and a nice size for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was more than I expected or have experienced in similar hotels/motels in that same area. We will book here again for sure.

Older hotel but walking distance to Williamsburg. Great FREE breakfast. If you just want a place to sleep and get cleaned up without all the frills then this is the place. Clean room, comfy bed clean bathroom. Staff very nice and helpful. Definatly will stay again!
